Step 4: Edit for Polish
Your artwork will not look its best with images straight from the camera. Editing them on a computer or tablet using one of the many readily-available photo software programs or apps adds a polished look.
And there is one edit that’s a must for every image—crop it.

The short worksheet at the end of the Lesson Guide will guide you through cropping one of your images. Complete the worksheet with the editing software or app open in front of you.
If you’re having trouble cropping an image, leave a question in the discussion are below (be sure to include the name of the editing software or app). One of your fellow students who has the same software or I will try to assist you. I encourage you to post any other questions or comments about the lesson, too.
