Breathe

“A key word and an action I have had to focus on almost daily since the very beginning of this pandemic.  All of the uncertainty, the fear, losing friends in a blink of the eye, politics, locally and globally, have been almost overwhelming. To counter this? A deep breath in, a deep breath out. One at a time. Then on to one day at a time.”
